Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high volume periods (like launches or sales), processing times may take a bit longer — we’ll always keep you updated.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the U.S.

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $6.90

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.


Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.


International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but we’re working on it!


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package in real-time.


Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.) may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info.joleathleisure@gmail.com — we’re here to help.


Wrong Address / Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll reach out with next steps.
